I start out by meeting with potential clients with a complimentary consultation, which is set up at their convenience.
When we meet we discuss their project needs, the expected timeframe for the project to be completed, and also if they have a set budget in mind. I always have a questionaire with me that has about 60 questions on it, which helps me to access what the clients goals and project needs are. It also helps to build rapport with clients and to see if I would be able to meet their needs. One of the things I pride myself on is my attention to "Customer Service" and being able to put the client needs first.
I have over 20 years of professional experience in Web Design, along with a degree in Computer Information Systems.

It's my pleasure to meet with every possible client on a one to one basis, where we can discuss their project needs.
Help register domain name and set up web hosting account
During the initial consultation we will discuss clients need for a domain name, and also what hosting account works best for them.
Create a "new one–of-a-kind" website, with images, logos, etc.
Discuss the nature of the site, also if company logo is needed or if they already have one. Also discuss any art work or images that might be needed on site.
Social Media Marketing Setup (google, facebook, linkedin, twitter, etc.)
Decide and discuss if social accounts are already in place, or if they need to be set up.
Webdesign training/tutoring
Decide if the website will be maintain by company staff, or if they would like some hand-ons instructions on how to maintain.
Responsive Web Design
(all pages are user friendly on desktops, ipads and phones devices)Not listed above, but very important service I offer, is Search Engine Optimization (SEO). SEO is needed to see that your business or website ranks high within the current search engines. Also not listed above, but as important is that all the websites I create comply with current W3C Standards.
I offer a complimentary consultation where we will discuss the desired outcomes of your project. During the complimentary consultation, costs and other needs will be discussed and a contract drawn up. I always try to work within a client's budget.
